Sally
Chipperfield, principal of HR in mind, is a member of the
Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (M.C.I.P.D.)
gaining her qualification in 1995 after successfully completing
a three year programme at Suffolk College where she specialised
in Employee Development, Employment Law and Employee Resourcing.
For
over twenty years she was engaged by a large, international,
London based organisation where she enjoyed a variety of
positions, both technical and managerial. Her initial HR
experience was also acquired during this period, providing
an advisory/consultancy service to senior management on
a variety of personnel related issues including recruitment
and selection, employment law and its relevance in the workplace,
together with employee development including performance
management and career development.

She
achieved the position of Divisional Director and was given
overall responsibility for the HR Personnel team.
She
has been running her own consultancy business since 1997
and has worked successfully for organisations in a variety
of fields, both industrial and commercial, each providing
their own unique challenges and opportunities.
Sally
recognises the importance of continuing professional development,
recently completing a course at West Suffolk College, entitled
'Introduction to Counselling'. She is also studying Law
and Employment Relations with Leicester University and is
hoping to gain an MA in this subject during 2004.
