Can you answer the following questions ?

1. What is the National Minimum Wage and is it the same for everyone?
2. Are employees allowed to bring a colleague with them when attending a disciplinary meeting?
3. Are all female employees entitled to maternity leave regardless of their length of service?
4. Must all staff be provided with Contracts of Employment?
5. Is someone on sick leave entitled to holiday pay?
